Deadline of technical service
  ¡¤1. Our guarantee policy of repairing is by your delivering. All the non-man-made hardware problems that happened in the first year will be repaired by our company or our authorized service-station.
  ¡¤2. The preinstalled software that provides by our company can be free repaired in the first year by your delivering, and the software in disc can be free repaired in 3 months by your delivering.
  ¡¤3. Our products have ¡°Three Guarantees¡±: Withdrawal in one week; Exchange in one month; Repair in one year.

Range of free repairing
  ¡¤1. The hardware damages appeared when your use is according to the instruction and in guarantee time.
  ¡¤2. The same hardware problem appeared in one month after repairing when it is not in the guarantee time.

The disabled free repair
  ¡¤1. The machine problems happen not in guarantee time.
  ¡¤2. The disassembly changement or wrong manipulation of equipment from you or other professional persons not from our company.
  ¡¤3. Products not registered in time or registered with illusive user¡¯s information.
  ¡¤4. The damages caused by wrong operations or not in the right using conditions stated in the instruction.
  ¡¤5. The mechanical malfunction caused by nature disaster or non-dispute force(electricity attack ¡¢fall down¡¢big crash)
  ¡¤6. We are only responsible for the original leave factory components, any other components installed by users or dealers and the problems caused by those components are not included in this guarantee area.

Technical service
  ¡¤1. Users can send the machine with hardware problems to dealer or our company for repairing in the valid service period.
  ¡¤2. You can solve the software problems in the valid service period either the same way as hardware problem or use the net(INTEL Net) to contact our After-sale or tech department.

Notice for users
  ¡¤1. When you buy the machine please check everything according to the list immediately, if there are mistakes please ask the dealer to contact us and we will supply again; Please take care of all accessories; We are not responsible for the lost.
  ¡¤2. As a user, you have the obligation to register your information on the net in time and exactly. Otherwise we can not save your information and guarantee the repair correctly in time.
  ¡¤3. When Free ST¡ªGPS works not well, please describe the fault status¡¢using condition and the whole situation faithfully, never manage them by yourself. Otherwise, the free guarantee repair will be useless, you should pay for the repair.
  ¡¤4. Please show your guarantee and purchase voucher of Free ST¡ªGPS when you enjoy the service from our (authorized) tech workers. We will give no free repair for the products without vouchers.
  ¡¤5. To insure the capability of machine and the compatibility of hardware£¬you should use the parts which afforded or recommended by our company to change the configuration or add parts, and this operation also should be done by our tech workers.
  ¡¤6. Users should backup the important datum¡¢information and software regularly, we are not responsible for the lost and damage of datum¡¢information and software.
  ¡¤7. You should pay for the services which not belong to the free area; If you refuse to pay for the service, our company and the dealers have the right to end the service for you before you have paid, and you should be responsible for those aftereffect; If our tech workers do not tell you the charge standard ahead or they charge you not according to this standard, you have the right to complain to our customer service department and ask them to refund the overpayment.
